South Gloucestershire LINk Report on In-patient Nutrition and Hydration at Frenchay and Southmead Hospitals

The LINk has used its Enter and view powers to visit 4 wards at the above hospitals to see how well North Bristol NHS Trust in ensuring that patients are: receiving the nutrition they need to get better; that their mealtimes are ‘protected’ and that they can drink enough to keep them hydrated.

The LINk has made recommendations for a simple system changes that will improve Patient Experience
